Setup

Set up an inbound email service: SendGrid Inbound Parse, Mailgun Inbound Routes, or Postmark Inbound.

Point your domain's MX records (or a catch-all address) to that inbound service.

In LeadOs → Integrations → Email, enter your SMTP host, port, username, and password (use an App Password for Gmail), plus an Inbound Webhook Secret.

Click Save, then copy the Webhook URL shown at the bottom of the panel.

Paste that Webhook URL into your inbound email service's endpoint field. Done.
Tip: For Gmail/Google Workspace, generate an App Password at myaccount.google.com → Security → App Passwords rather than using your real password.
