Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want LeadOs to earn its place in your workflow — not lock you in. This policy explains exactly when you can get a refund, how to cancel, and what happens to your access.

1. Overview

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions to LeadOs, operated by Saya·IO. It works alongside our Terms of Service — where this policy and the Terms differ on refunds, this policy controls.

Our approach is simple: a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate LeadOs before paying, a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription, and the freedom to cancel at any time. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

2. 14-day free trial — try before you pay

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial and requires no credit card to begin. You get full access to qualify leads and experience the platform. When the trial ends, add a payment method to continue — the Starter plan is just $19/month. If you take longer to decide, your workspace and data are kept safe and editable; nothing is deleted, so you never have to set things up again.

Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Paddle (our merchant of record) each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings, effective at the end of the current period.

3. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact us and we will refund that payment in full — no questions asked.

The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first paid subscription (monthly or annual). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

4. Monthly plans

  • You can cancel at any time from your workspace billing settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.
  • Beyond the 30-day money-back window, monthly fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable, but you will not be billed for any future period.

5. Annual plans

  • The 30-day money-back guarantee in Section 3 applies to your first annual term.
  • After 30 days from the start of the billing period, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term. You keep full access until the term ends.
  • You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your billing settings so the plan simply ends at the close of the paid term.

6. How to request a refund

Email sales@saya-io.com with:

  • The email address on your account and your workspace slug
  • The plan you are on and the reason for the request

We review every request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

7. Disputes & chargebacks

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase. If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a formal dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the workspace while the dispute is investigated.
