1. Definitions
- "LeadOs", "we", "us" — Saya·IO, the operator of leados.saya-io.com
- "Service" — the LeadOs web application, API, and any related tooling
- "Customer", "you" — the business or individual who creates a workspace
- "Workspace" — your isolated LeadOs environment identified by a unique slug
- "Lead data" — messages, names, contact details, and any data belonging to your customers that pass through LeadOs
- "Plan" — the subscription tier (Starter, Growth, Pro, or Enterprise) associated with your workspace
2. Acceptance
By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use LeadOs. You may cancel your account at any time with no penalty.
3. The services
LeadOs provides:
- AI-powered lead qualification and scoring
- Multi-channel message ingestion (WhatsApp, email, web forms, Shopify, webhooks)
- Automated follow-up and reply generation
- Team inbox and CRM synchronisation
- Analytics and usage dashboards
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email.
4. Accounts & workspaces
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your workspace.
- Workspace slugs are unique and cannot be transferred between owners.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Notify us immediately at security@saya-io.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Subscriptions & billing
5a. Plans and fees
Plans and pricing are described at leados.saya-io.com/pricing. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Purchasing-power-adjusted display prices in INR or PKR are approximate and billing occurs in USD.
5b. Billing cycle
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days from the start of the billing period.
5c. Starter free plan
The Starter plan is free forever with no credit card required. It includes up to 100 AI-qualified leads per month. Upgrading to a paid plan takes effect immediately and is charged at the start of the new billing period.
5d. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact sales@saya-io.com for a full refund.
5e. Lead and token limits
Each plan has monthly lead and AI token limits. On Starter (free) plans, limits are hard-enforced — further AI processing pauses when reached. On paid plans, we send alerts at 80% and 100% of limit but do not hard-block you mid-month. Overages on paid plans may result in automatic plan upgrades at the next billing period.
5f. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use LeadOs to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR marketing rules)
- Collect leads without proper consent from the people whose data you're processing
- Impersonate another business or person
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or proprietary data
- Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to others
- Circumvent rate limits, plan restrictions, or billing controls
- Resell or white-label the Service without a written partnership agreement
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension without refund.
7. Data ownership & licence
7a. Your data
You own your data. Your lead conversations, business information, and any content you upload remain yours. LeadOs processes your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell it or share it beyond the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy.
7b. Licence to operate
By using LeadOs, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your data as necessary to run the Service. This licence terminates when your data is deleted from our systems.
7c. LeadOs IP
LeadOs, the LeadOs brand, and all underlying technology are owned by Saya·IO. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our IP.
8. Uptime & SLA
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance is excluded. Enterprise plans with a contractual SLA are governed by a separate SLA addendum.
Downtime credits for paid plans: we will credit 1 day of service per cumulative hour of unplanned downtime exceeding the SLA threshold in any calendar month, up to a maximum of 30 days credit. Credits are applied to your next invoice and are the sole remedy for downtime.
9. Liability & warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LEADOS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
10a. By you
You may cancel your account at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
10b. By us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach Section 6 (Acceptable Use) or if we believe your use poses a security or legal risk. We will notify you unless prohibited by law. For billing-related suspensions, we provide at least 7 days' notice.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For EU/EEA customers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply.
