Ways to add knowledge
- 🌐 Website / Shopify — paste your URL. LeadOs crawls every page, extracts the text, and embeds it. Shopify stores get products, pages, and policies pulled via the Shopify API automatically.
- 📄 Upload a file — PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, JSON, or HTML. Drag it in and the text is extracted instantly.
- ✏️ Add text — paste FAQs, scripts, pricing tables, team bios, or objection handling. The more you add, the sharper the replies.
Stays up to date automatically
Turn on Daily or Weekly sync and LeadOs re-crawls on a schedule. It diffs each page by content hash, so only changed pages are re-embedded — unchanged pages cost nothing.

In the dashboard, open Knowledge Base.

Click Import URL, paste your website or Shopify URL, and let the crawl finish.

Set the sync frequency to Daily or Weekly so prices and products stay current.

Optionally upload files or paste text for anything not on your site (internal FAQs, scripts, policies).
Note: When a customer sends a message, the AI searches all your knowledge for the most relevant chunks and answers from them — accurately, in your voice.
