Setup

In Shopify Admin → Apps → Develop apps → Create app. Copy the Admin API access token.

In LeadOs → Integrations → Shopify, enter your Shop Domain (your-store.myshopify.com), the Access Token, and a Webhook Secret.

Click Save & Connect — your Webhook URL appears at the bottom of the panel.

In Shopify Admin → Settings → Notifications → Webhooks, click Create webhook, choose an event (e.g. Customer creation), set Format to JSON, and paste the Webhook URL.

Copy the signing secret Shopify shows you into the LeadOs Webhook Secret field. Done.
Tip: Also add your storefront as a Knowledge Base source — LeadOs auto-detects Shopify and pulls products, pages, and policies so the AI quotes the right prices.
