Note: You'll need a Meta for Developers account and a WhatsApp Business number. The whole flow takes about 10 minutes.
Setup

Go to developers.facebook.com → Create App → add the WhatsApp product.

Under WhatsApp → API Setup, copy your Phone Number ID.

In Meta Business Suite, create a System User and generate a token with the whatsapp_business_messaging permission.

In LeadOs → Integrations → WhatsApp, paste your Access Token, Phone Number ID, a Verify Token (any random string you choose), and your Meta App Secret as the Webhook Secret.

Click Save & Connect — your unique Webhook URL appears at the bottom of the panel.

In Meta for Developers → WhatsApp → Configuration → Webhooks, paste that Webhook URL and your Verify Token, then click Verify.

Subscribe to the messages webhook field. Send a test message to your number — you're done.
Heads up: The Verify Token is a value you invent and must enter identically in both LeadOs and Meta. The Webhook Secret is your Meta App Secret (Settings → Basic) and is used to verify the signature on every incoming message.
